Module Level I - Academic Expert in Wound Care Management - 1-4 semesters (60,5 ECTS)
Introduction course
The first part of the course focuses on consolidating specific medical & nursing know-how. Thus a common basis for the current state of knowledge in the various fields of study is created.

Basic Medicine in Wound Management I, Hygiene and Microbiology of the Wound I, dealing with the chronically ill, Nutrition and Pain I, Practical Training I
Qualification:
Certificate of Participation from the Paracelsus Medical University
Advanced course
This level provides the first opportunity of attaining an academic degree. The participants will be able to evaluate & implement scientific evidence and to work scientifically, to broaden practical skills and know-how, and to put the acquired expertise into practice. Middle management skills are also taught.

Module Level II - Master of Science (Wound Care Management), MSc. - 2 semesters (35.5 ECTS)
The second part completes the academic training with the main pillars of research, treatment and management in the "Wound Care". Graduates will be qualified to carry out subject-related research and to perform or manage complex inter-disciplinary therapies. Management and business skills will be intensified to qualify participants for managerial positions within institutions such as wound management centers.
