Dr. Reiner Brettenthaler Scholarship

The Medical Association of Salzburg has its own scholarship program in support of medical research at the Paracelsus Medical University of Salzburg. The scholarship is based on an agreement with the Paracelsus University. For 2008 the total amount available from the Dr. Reiner Brettenthaler Scholarship program was
€ 8,000. A maximum of € 8,000 can be awarded depending on the project scope and number of applications received.

Applications are open to MDs pursuing research (no age restrictions), who are members of the Medical Association of Salzburg.
