Ideal for professionals - low attendance times required
Attendance required is 20% of the entire course program. Mandatory attendance is into made up of two parts:
1) Actual attendance as a resident for one week per level of competence at the Paracelsus University Salzburg.
2) Monitored online attendance times in virtual auditoriums.
Knowledge and content is consolidated during attendance times. Students are also prepared for exams, which also take place during the attendance periods. Online tutors guarantee that personal contact is not neglected. Individual and group support is given via e-mail, telephone or via the Forum and aim to respond to the individual needs of every type of learner.

The program is targeted at qualified nurses with three years of training in different areas of healthcare who have already gained numerous years of practical working experience. In compliance with the Bologna Process, students graduating with a BSc are able to continue their studies towards variety of Master’s degree programmes available at the Paracelsus Medical University. Thereafter, the Ph.D. program can be pursued.
