The aim of the Paracelsus Medical University is to produce competent and professional doctors of medicine. Its graduates should be able to meet the requirements and challenges which emerge from the latest scientific findings and subsequently, practice medicine in a fair, humane and patient-friendly manner. Its students are selected by means of a rigorous admission process. A maximum of 50 students are admitted per year. We seek socially committed and highly motivated people. In addition to meeting the entry requirements candidates should show a strong interest in their fellow human beings and health related issues. Evidence of this must feature in experience gathered to date.
