The Convention Bureau is a service center for the Salzburg University Clinics and institutes of the Paracelsus Medical University, as well as for interested partners within Austria and abroad.

We offer our support in the planning, organization and execution of events related to science (conventions, symposia, meetings). Special packages can be arranged depending on individual specifications.

Our team is responsible for the following:

• Strategy and Planning
• Convention preparation
• Implementation and execution

Core competences:

• Conception, design and compilation of websites, programs, conference materials and scientific papers
• Job application forms
• Networking with subcontractors
• Selection of venue
• Organization of technical equipment
• Convention management
• Planning of receptions, evening entertainment, reservation of hotel rooms
• Access to the Convention Bureau as an organizational platform:
  
  - Correspondence with participants, speakers and sponsors
  - Participant registration and administration of fees
  - Event insurance
