Science Get Together 2025 (SGT25)
Science Get Together 2025 (SGT25) am PMU Standort Salzburg
The 16thScience Get Together (SGT25)– Paracelsus Medical University’s key event for scientific exchange and interdisciplinary networking – took place this year at the Salzburg campus.
At the heart of the event were presentations by research groups from the fields of medicine and natural sciences. Over 350 participants took the opportunity to present their projects during the poster exhibition and to engage in in-depth networking with colleagues from research, education, and clinical practice.
An inspiringkeynote lecture, delivered by Univ.-Prof. Dr. Nikolaus Forgó, provided intellectual impulses before the program culminated in the festiveResearch & Innovation Awards ceremony, honoring outstanding research achievements from PMU and its university hospitals.
A heartfelt thank you to all participants, organizers, and sponsors for making this day a success – full of science, exchange, and inspiration!

The science report allows, among other things, for tracking the scientific output of the PMU locations from the past year through statistics and graphics, as well as obtaining comprehensive information on various funding initiatives.
Furthermore, the science report features interviews with recipients of the Research Innovation Awards (RIA).
