The program is designed to be completed alongside your professional career. To help you balance work, studies, and family life, careful attention is given to effective planning. The curriculum alternates between in-person and online learning phases.

Time committment:

• 10–15 teaching days per semester, either on-site at PMU Salzburg or online
• Approximately 6 hours per week for preparation, follow-up work, study group meetings, projects, and thesis development
• No in-person sessions during Christmas/New Year, Easter, or the summer months (July, August)

In-person sessions focus on collaborative engagement with core topics, while thorough preparation ensures you can make the most of class time. Modern teaching methods, dynamic lesson formats, and targeted assignments during remote phases facilitate practical application and knowledge transfer.
