Take the next step in your healthcare career by developing your leadership skills and confidently taking on greater responsibilites. The key to success in these roles lies in building expertise in health sciences, leadership, and management, while strengthening your personal resilience. In the Health Sciences & Leadership part-time university program, you’ll gain the professional, methodological, and social skills you need—together with an interdisciplinary group of peers.
This part-time program is structured around four pillars: health sciences, leadership, management, and scientific competence. It focuses on sustainability, digitalization, and transformation management. Through interprofessional teamwork and diverse perspectives from experienced faculty, you’ll explore a wide range of topics. The ultimate goal is to help you develop your unique leadership style. Key themes such as interdisciplinary collaboration, change and lean management, and personal resilience are integrated throughout the curriculum. Upon completing six semesters, you’ll earn the academic title Master of Science (MSc).
