How are health and society connected? How can workplace health promotion be effectively planned and implemented? Which factors influence healthcare delivery and prevention? What role does digitalization play? How can optimal quality- and risk management be ensured? And which legal and ethical considerations must be addressed in various contexts? These are just some of the many questions explored in the Health Sciences module.

The Leadership module equips you with the know-how and skills to cultivate your unique, authentic leadership style. It focuses not only on leading teams but also on self-leadership and resilience, enabling you to develop a forward-thinking leadership vision. Key elements include fostering a culture of feedback and learning from mistakes, as well as mastering conflict management and effective communication. The program’s interdisciplinary approach provides diverse perspectives within the healthcare sector, offering valuable insights into its complexities and interconnections.

The fourth module covers the fundamentals of healthcare research, including qualitative and quantitative methods, research design, innovation, and scientific writing. You will also focus on completing and defending your Master’s thesis, a key requirement of the program.
