Fostering inter- and intra-professional collaboration and strengthening continuity and cross-sectoral care across diverse health systems
Research in this field focuses on the integration of nursing practice within multidisciplinary teams to enhance health outcomes across healthcare sectors. This includes aligning the goals of nursing science and practice with those of other professions. To achieve this, inter- and intraprofessional education as well as transdisciplinary collaboration are supported and promoted. Furthermore, this research aims to strengthen the individual’s potential as a change agent in order to make a sustainable impact on people’s lives.
