Financial Aid scholarships
Paracelsus University offers annual scholarships to help students cover tuition fees. These scholarships are awarded based on social criteria.
Key factors considered include all income sources contributing to the student's livelihood (as indicated by taxable income on the income tax notice) and the number of dependents, such as siblings. This support is recalculated each year based on newly submitted documents. Scholarships are determined after a thorough review and evaluation of these documents.
The submission deadline is set annually in September of the current academic year. PMU scholarships are processed after the complete submission of income documentation (code 245 on the annual income statement for employed persons or taxable income for self-employed individuals). The university reserves the right to allocate scholarships based on available financial resources. The allocation is guided by PMU-established criteria and uses the OECD formula for calculating equivalized income (total relevant income divided by total household size = weighted income, which serves as the basis for determining the scholarship amount).

Additionally, internships (research/industry/clinical practical year) within the EU are supported through Erasmus+. For more information, please contact the PMU-International-Office.
