Specialized training in Perioperative Nursing
Profile
The university program is based on the Health and Nursing Care Act (GuKG) BGBl II No. 108/1997, as amended, and takes into account the Health and Nursing Care Special Tasks Ordinance (GuK-SV) BGBl. II No. 452/2005, as amended.
The program is designed to prepare nursing professionals for roles in surgical and perioperative nursing. It aims to provide them with the specialized and advanced knowledge, skills, and behaviors needed to perform these tasks, based on a patient-centered understanding of the profession and a strong integration of theory and practice.
