Target Group
The program is designed for individuals qualified for advanced nursing services who are currently working in management or aspiring to take on management roles.
Program start is each year in October.
The application period for the 2025 cohort is open from 31.10.2024 to 31.05.2025
For Level 2 (additional qualification under § 65 GuKG, specialization in leadership for advanced nursing services), the application period is open from 31.10.2024 to 31.01.2025. When completing the registration form, please enter "Level 2 only" in the field under “Additional Information.” The program for Level 2 begins on March 1, 2025.
Admission requirements
A completed three-year training program in health and nursing care, along with a minimum of 2 years full-time or 4 years part-time professional experience, is required to qualify as a teacher in health and nursing care and to teach all subjects in accordance with GuKG-LFV regulations.
The program is also open to applicants without a high school diploma (Matura).
/Proof of German language proficiency at B2 level (if German is not your native language)
/English proficiency recommended (if no general university entrance qualification, such as Matura, is present)
/Basic computer skills recommended
