'The Open House day is also a good opportunity to highlight that PMU can now offer over 500,000 euros in scholarships per year. On the other hand, it is also supported by numerous companies and private individuals who specifically contribute to our scholarship fund,' said Rector Sperl, thanking the supporters. In the current academic year, up to 70 percent of the tuition fees could be covered for a total of 106 students. The new academic year for future medical and pharmacy students begins at PMU at the end of August 2025 - significantly earlier than at public universities. The application period for medical places at the Salzburg and Nuremberg locations ends on March 31, 2025. Early-bird registration for the pharmacy program is possible until April 6, and regular registration (depending on available places) until mid-July.
