A Day Full of Pride and Joy: In the Jörg Rehn Auditorium of the Paracelsus Medical Private University (PMU), 56 graduates of the university programs in Anesthesia Nursing, Intensive Care Nursing, and OR Nursing were ceremoniously bid farewell. Families, friends, and numerous honored guests accompanied the newly graduated Academic Experts on this special day.

Right at the opening, Rector Univ.-Prof. Dr. Wolfgang Sperl emphasized the importance of commitment:
"In everything you do, continue to act with heart and dedication. You have shown that professionalism and humanity can go hand in hand."

The official address was delivered by State Councillor for Health Mag. Daniela Gutschi, who not only extended her congratulations but also expressed her personal appreciation for the graduates:
"To work in nursing is one of the most valuable tasks in our society. The graduates specializing in Intensive Care Nursing, Operating Room Nursing, and Anesthesia Nursing have chosen a very special and highly specialized career path, one that helps strengthen hospital care in the province of Salzburg," said Councillor Gutschi. In her speech, she also thanked PMU for recognizing early on the need for such a highly specialized training program.

Following the ceremonial presentation of the certificates by Rector Univ.-Prof. Dr. Wolfgang Sperl and Dean of Nursing Science and Institute Director Univ.-Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. Jürgen Osterbrink, the class speakers offered a heartfelt review, bringing the training period to life once more. Afterwards, the celebrations continued in full.

Because beyond individual success, the completion of these three programs also sends a strong signal for the future: Austria needs highly qualified nursing experts – and on this day, they were celebrated visibly in Salzburg.

We congratulate the graduates and wish them all the best for their future paths!
